Hormone care at the practice covers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for women and men, used for menopause, perimenopause, low testosterone and other hormone deficiencies. Treatment may come as pellets, injections, creams and gels, or oral medicines, and starts with a consultation and diagnostic testing, with changes made as progress is tracked. Testosterone replacement for men is based on laboratory results and clinical assessment. Oral testosterone capsules (KYZATREX) are also offered, which the practice calls FDA-approved. Weight care centers on the GLP-1 Optimizer Program, which aims to support the body's natural GLP-1 hormone through individualized nutrition, exercise, lifestyle adjustments and supplements, with check-ins each month. Three ongoing paths are available: Provider-Guided Transition, a three-month plan at $199 monthly for patients whose provider advises ending GLP-1 treatment; Ongoing Metabolic Optimization, $299 a month, covering monthly provider visits, periodic labs, DEXA scans and nutrition materials; and the Metabolic Reset Method, a 12-week program costing $897 overall or three payments of $299. That last program includes a starting consultation, three follow-up visits, lab work, DEXA body composition monitoring, nutrition materials, a device that tracks glucose continuously, and metabolic support. Pay-per-visit appointments with no monthly commitment are also an option. Prescription drug costs are not included in any GLP-1 care option.

DEXA scans measure bone density, body fat percentage, lean muscle mass and visceral fat. The full scan, covering bone density, body composition and visceral fat, is priced at $247. A body composition and visceral fat analysis is $97 per scan, and a results review appointment can be added for $30. A diagnostic bone density scan is $197 and requires an order from a health care practitioner. A Buy 3, Get 4 package of DEXA scans is $291 as a one-time charge. Body composition scans include a complimentary results review, given at the visit or as a 10-minute call afterward. The practice describes DEXA as the gold standard for evaluating bone health and body composition. Before the appointment, clients are asked to avoid clothing with metal and to skip calcium supplements for at least 24 hours.

The medical aesthetics menu is physician-led and personalized to each patient's goals. Offerings include Dysport and Jeuveau neuromodulator injections for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, and dermal fillers for facial balancing in the cheeks, chin, lips and jawline. Sculptra, a collagen-stimulating biostimulator, is offered, and the practice says results can last up to two years or more. SkinPen microneedling targets acne scars, fine lines, uneven texture and enlarged pores, with VAMP or PRP available as add-ons. PRP hair restoration is also offered. Chemical peels include a salicylic acid peel for acne control, customized in strength and application time, and a glycolic acid peel for dull or uneven tone, rough texture and fine lines. Medical-grade skincare plans include skin assessments and personalized product recommendations. Specialty lab testing covers hormones, nutrient deficiencies, genetic variations, microbiome, food allergies and sensitivities, cardiovascular and metabolic health, bone health, athletic performance, weight management, MyPhenome adrenal health and TrichoTest, a genetic test used to identify hair loss treatments suited to a person's profile. Many of these tests are not covered by insurance, and results are reviewed with the patient at a follow-up consultation. Nutrition services include dietary guidance, supplement recommendations and nutrient injections (vitamin B12, vitamin D, MIC/B Plus and a fall/winter Tri-Immune Boost). The practice says vitamin D supports energy, immune function, bone health and muscle health, and describes MIC/B Plus and Tri-Immune Boost in terms of weight, liver, cholesterol and immune support.
