At Caton Street, clients are asked not to park on the street, to enter from the street, and to arrive on time, with a 10-minute grace period.

Massage is a large part of the menu, from Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy and trigger point work to lymphatic massage. The spa offers lymphatic massage as post-op care for liposuction, tummy tuck and BBL clients, and drainage tubes stay in place during the session. Couples and birthday options add wine, champagne, mimosas or hookah, and the spa hosts group spa parties for up to 18 guests that include food, a goodie bag and a treatment sampler. Spa parties need to be arranged with the spa in advance, and payment plans are available.

Body contouring includes vacuum therapy paired with ultrasound for butt enhancement, a radio frequency and vacuum treatment for cellulite, wood tools used for shaping, and ultrasonic cavitation aimed at deeper fat layers. Facials range from a quick LED pore session and a jelly mask facial to a belly facial designed for pregnant clients and a beard treatment for men.

Waxing covers Brazilian, men's Brazilian, full body, underarm, leg and thigh areas, and Brazilian services use vegan wax. Injectables include Juvederm lip filler, with touch-ups booked two to three weeks after a session. Bookings are made through the online Square page, and clients can call the spa to add services.

The spa pairs relaxation services with targeted treatments and offers single visits, multi-session packages and themed days such as Wednesday and Saturday specials.
