Pricing for short, medium, curly and long cuts differs for existing and new clients, and new clients get extra consultation time. Clipper, short and medium, and long cuts include a relaxing shampoo and hot towel, while curly cuts include a consultation, scalp clarifying and a moisture mask. Extra-thick hair can have the Add Hair service added to a booking.

Color services range from a glaze or toner for toning highlights and balayage, to Color All Around, which is used to cover gray or go one shade lighter and is not offered for blondes. Other options include face frame, partial and full highlights (full highlights are not a balayage and do not include a root shadow), partial and full balayage or ombre with color melt, and a Platinum card service. Consultations for vivid or fashion colors are free, and clients are asked to share any hair treatments from the last three to five years beforehand.

Styling includes blow-outs, special occasion updos and Hollywood waves, bang trims and a flat iron that can be added to any haircut or service. Treatment options are a moisture mask, a shampoo with scalp massage, and the Leaf and Flower 3-1 Molecular Mender treatment.

Clients who arrive late have a 10-minute grace period, after which the appointment is rescheduled, so calling ahead if running late is requested. No-call/no-shows, same-day cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the selected service total.
