Most sew-ins and quick weaves need a minimum of two bundles or packs, and clients provide their own hair unless otherwise stated. Lace closures are accepted in 2x6, 4x4 and 5x5 sizes for sew-ins, and frontal installs are not offered.

Natural hair services include braid downs, low knotted buns, silk presses, silk presses with curls, relaxer touch-ups and virgin relaxers. Silk presses are performed on natural hair only, and pricing depends on thickness, density and length. Tuesday specials cover ponytails, quick weaves and partial sew-ins, and they do not include shampoo or blow dry, so clients arrive with hair washed, blow dried and detangled.

Couples planning a wedding can arrange a consultation to go over the look they want, hairstyle options, the schedule for the day and full pricing. Groups booking for a wedding party need to spend at least $1,000 on services, a total that counts travel fees and deposits. A $100 deposit is non-refundable and holds the wedding date.

Appointments are not confirmed until a stylist accepts them. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred with at least 48 hours notice, and if an appointment is declined the deposit is returned according to the client's bank or card processor. Sales are final, and any concern about a service should be raised before the client leaves. Afterpay is available for all services.
