The menu is organized into waxing for women, waxing for men, and a few spa services. For women, that covers bikini and Brazilian work, the Hollywood shape, and arm, leg, face and torso waxes. For men, there are several Brazilian options along with back, chest, full body, leg and face waxing, plus packages that combine areas. Body areas that are not on the menu can be waxed on request.

Wax selection is based on the client's hair and skin type. The spa uses a custom blend of soft and hard waxes, drawn from about ten waxes from different regions. It does not offer sugar waxing and does not use oil or powder, which it says can cause hair breakage. A Brazilian visit takes about 30 minutes, and results typically last three to six weeks.

Hygiene is a stated focus. The spa says it never double dips, soaks its tools in Barbicide, uses a sanitation product after each service, and has towels professionally laundered and bleached after every service. Estheticians are said to train in both hard and soft waxing and to pass a proficiency test in each.

Hair is pulled from the follicle with soft wax, and hard wax is kept for delicate and sensitive areas. The spa treats waxing as a regular grooming step, like a haircut, with prices set for a service a client may book about monthly.
