Services are organized into acrylic full sets, Gel X full sets and Bio Gel work, along with classic, deluxe, gel and Russian manicures and a range of pedicures, including kids' versions, a callus gel pedicure, acrylic and Gel X pedicures and a signature pedicure. Custom designs include 3D flowers priced per flower, chrome or cat-eye finishes, ombre airbrush, diamond and encapsulated designs, and custom nail art on request. Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, chest and legs. Add-ons such as cuticle care, a nail fix, callus removal, paraffin, sugar scrub, French tip, soak off and gel color change can be added to a visit. VIP packages pair a manicure or fill with a gel pedicure at a combined price.
Clients can book online at any hour, with real-time availability and a deposit paid at booking that brings an instant confirmation. Account holders can join a waiting list for a time that is not open, and walk-ins are welcome. Clients can also book by calling (818) 900-5244. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
A VIP membership costs $15 a month or $150 prepaid for 12 months, which saves $30 over the year. Members save $10 on each of seven member packages and can book up to 60 days ahead, compared with 30 days for standard booking. Loyalty points are earned on each dollar spent, with higher multipliers at higher tiers, and can be redeemed as dollar discounts at checkout. Each eligible visit of $40 or more includes one complimentary drink chosen at check-in from a menu that may change. Discount, promo or gift-card-only payments may not count toward that minimum, at the salon's discretion. Alcoholic drink options, where offered, require ID for guests 21 and older.
