Primary care covers ongoing management of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, COPD and asthma, along with annual physicals, allergy testing, preventive health screenings, sick visits and same-day appointments. Wellness services include physician-guided medical weight loss with Slim Shots and nutritional support, hormone replacement therapy, low testosterone treatment, low-dose naltrexone and post-COVID care. Mental health evaluations and treatment for depression and anxiety are also offered.
Infusion services include in-office IV therapy aimed at vitamin deficiencies and hydration, as well as wellness infusion therapy. Aesthetic treatments are physician-administered and include Botox, a non-surgical injectable that temporarily relaxes muscles to soften forehead lines, the space between the eyebrows and crow's feet, and dermal fillers. Botox results typically last three to six months, and the timing is tailored to each patient.
A first visit includes a review of medical history, symptoms and wellness goals, which leads to a personalized plan. The clinic describes its primary care as an unparalleled experience. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm; the clinic is closed on weekends. Most major insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid for primary care visits, and front desk staff can check coverage and benefits before an appointment.
