WayaAesthetics is operated out of the owner's home in Norfolk, where Tiffany LaManna has been running the studio since 2022.

Facial and massage visits suit first-time clients, who are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork and a consultation. Clients are also asked to pause retinoids, exfoliating acids and harsh scrubs for three to five days before a facial or advanced service, to avoid tanning beds, self-tanners and long sun exposure for a week, and to skip facial hair removal such as waxing or threading for 48 hours. Appointment times are flexible, including mornings and evenings, and clients booking on shorter notice can message to check availability.

After a treatment, clients are encouraged to wear daily SPF, stay out of direct sun, and skip saunas and heavy sweating for 24 to 48 hours. Harsh products should be avoided for three to five days. Children are not permitted in the studio, and because two dogs live in the home, clients with a pet allergy are asked to mention it before booking.

A $30 deposit is charged to a credit card at each booking and applied to the service total. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice forfeits the deposit plus half the service price, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show with the full service price forfeited. A call at least 24 hours ahead avoids these fees, and each reschedule after the first costs $30. Payment is due when services are complete and can be made in cash, by major credit card, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle; credit cards must be present at payment. All services and products are final sale.

A referral program gives a referred friend $10 off a first visit, while the referrer receives a free add-on or $20 off the next service. Loyalty points are earned by spend, with 10 points redeeming a basic free facial and 20 points redeeming an advanced service. Skincare is sold through an online store with prices from $25 to $161, and product gift certificates start at $25.

Clients complete an online intake form with as much detail as possible, and the studio asks them to disclose recent treatments, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medications, medical conditions, cancer treatment, contagious conditions or skin concerns before the appointment. The studio says it follows state, federal and CDC sanitation guidelines and cleans and sanitizes the treatment room before each visit.

The studio describes its setting as professional, relaxing and cozy.
