Brazilian and full body waxing are the salon's named specialties. The women's menu covers Brazilian, bikini, arm, leg, back, face and body areas, and the men's menu covers Brazilian, back, chest, arm, ear, nose, underarm and eyebrow waxing. Prices and appointment lengths are listed per service, from a five-minute patch to a one-hour full leg or chest and stomach session.

Appointments are booked in 15 to 30 minute blocks. Hair should be at least a quarter to half an inch long, with the longer end recommended for coarse hair in early sessions. Clients who have grown hair longer are advised to shave and book about two to three weeks later. Waxing every four weeks is recommended, and up to three sessions may be needed for smooth skin. Clients should not shave between appointments and should avoid showering right before a service.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged half the appointment fee, though that fee is waived for medical emergencies and a make-up visit can be arranged within seven days. Arrivals more than six minutes late are not accommodated. Men's waxing inquiries are handled by text at the salon's main number, 714-849-6001.

Each wax is tailored to the client, with hard or soft wax chosen to suit hair from fine to coarse.
