The studio suggests hard wax for sensitive areas such as the bikini line, underarms and face, since it grips the hair rather than the skin. Soft wax suits larger areas like the legs, back and arms. Before a visit, clients should arrive five to ten minutes early, have hair about a quarter inch long, and stop shaving two to three weeks ahead. Clients who use chemical exfoliants are asked to pause them two to three days before a waxing appointment and restart one to three days after. For facial waxing, retinoids and exfoliating acids should be avoided for three to five days beforehand. Those waxed during their period may do so with a fresh tampon or cup, though skin may be more sensitive.

Appointments are secured with a valid credit or debit card and must be confirmed. Cancellations or changes need at least five hours' notice; late cancellations made less than an hour before the appointment carry a $25 flat fee. Clients more than five minutes late may receive a shortened service or have the appointment cancelled. No-shows are charged $25 on top of any new services and must settle an invoice before being serviced. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lead to being blocked from booking, with a $25 fee to lift the block. A waitlist is available for clients who cannot find a preferred date or time.
