Visits are meant to feel relaxed and personal. The business follows a less is more approach and encourages clients to talk through anything without judgment, including questions about waxing and skin care. Tay works with soft and hard wax, specializes in Brazilian and intimate waxing, and also offers full head-to-toe waxing for the face, body, underarms, arms, legs, chest, back, stomach and bikini areas. Brazilian services are offered to clients with vulvas, regardless of gender identity, and cis men are welcome for waxing other than intimate areas.

Post-wax add-ons include a vajacial mask and mask strips, both using Bush Balm sheet masks, which the business says contain hyaluronic acid, aloe vera and green tea extract. Most body waxes need two to three weeks of hair growth, and Brazilian waxes need at least three weeks.

Flash tattoos with Doppio tattoos are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Each takes about 60 minutes and costs $60, with a $20 deposit. A free 30-minute consultation lets clients ask questions and choose flash designs before booking. The tattoo artist is a junior artist who focuses on black and grey pop culture tattoos and also works in fine line and woodblock styles.

Booking requires a valid card on file and a deposit set per service, ranging from $5 to $30. Cancellations, reschedules and no-shows within 48 hours are charged the full service total to the card on file, and clients with more than two no-shows are blocked from booking. Zelle and cash are preferred. Tap to pay carries a 2.5% card fee, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $25, $50, $85 and $100 or a custom amount, and sales are final. Waxing and tattoo services are for clients 18 and older.
