Booking is done online. Confirmation and reminder texts and emails include a link for rescheduling. When a client arrives, they step out of the room while they undress, and the treatment room has stress balls and cold water on hand. Sanitary wipes are available in the studio.
Brazilian waxing is the studio's signature service. It covers the full front of the bikini area, the vulva and labia, the mons pubis and a strip along the buttocks. Happy trail, small sections of the upper inner thigh and hair onto the glute area can be removed on request at no extra charge. A first-timer Brazilian takes in front and back, and the other areas can be added or skipped. Bikini, full bikini and Brazilian services are performed on vulvas only. A hydrogel mask can be added after a Brazilian, which the studio says reduces redness and calms the skin.
Appointments need at least two weeks of hair growth, with three weeks recommended, and clients should not shave beforehand. If growth is under two weeks on the day, the service cannot be performed and a 25% convenience fee applies to missed services. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the missed services. Late arrivals have a grace period of 25% of the appointment time; after that, a 50% fee applies and the appointment may be moved. New clients pay a deposit for some services: $9 for underarm waxing and $20 for a full stomach wax. Exfoliating 24 to 48 hours before a body wax is recommended.
Brow waxing is not offered to clients with sunburned skin, those on blood thinners, or anyone who has used Accutane in the past year, though a tweezing option is available. Brow tint attaches to the hair rather than the skin. Recommended return intervals run from three to five weeks for bikini and brows, four to six weeks for Brazilian and legs, and two to four weeks for underarms.
The studio is organised around a non-judgmental environment that welcomes people of all body types. Waxing is the only service offered.
