Skin treatments are the next main category. The iS Clinical Fire and Ice facial runs about an hour and covers extractions, exfoliation, and a cooling, hydrating finish built on pharmaceutical-grade serums and creams; clients can add dermaplaning or microdermabrasion to it. The Recovery facial pairs microdermabrasion or dermaplaning with red light therapy. For a longer visit, the Serenity Healing facial lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes and includes a scrub, a nourishing mask, a guided meditation, affirmations, and a 20-minute massage. A facial designed for teens is also available.

Other skin options include Perfect Dermapeel, a medium-depth medical-grade peel that contains glutathione, ProCell Microchanneling, lactic and glycolic chemical peels, and microdermabrasion as a one-hour facial or in packages of three or six. Clients are asked to stop glycolic or retinol products seven days before an iS Clinical facial and to avoid waxing for 48 hours before it. Gift cards are sold for a visit or as a present, and services are booked online through each location's booking page.

Staff are described as trained in every procedure the salon offers. A consultation is recommended before a chemical peel so the right peel can be chosen for each skin type.
