Hair removal is the core of the business. Every waxing service is done with hard wax, including a demi-creamy formula used on all body areas, and services are offered for women and men across body, face and combination packages. The salon says Michelle was the first Raleigh esthetician to offer Manzilians, and it notes that few estheticians are trained or experienced in them.

Skin care is organized into customized facials, intimate exfoliation treatments and add-ons. The Customized Facial is a 60-minute treatment suited to all skin types, while the Advanced Custom Facial is a 75-minute option aimed at concerns such as cystic acne and hyperpigmentation.
