The menu is split into two groups. Brow services begin with a short consultation so the shape suits the face, and there are regular and henna eyebrow tints. Henna tint colors both hair and skin and does not include the eyebrow wax, while the regular tint colors only the hairs. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, hands, feet and intimate areas, with many single-area options and add-ons priced individually.

Some services are set up for specific needs. First-time Brazilian clients and new clients can choose a booking option that allows extra time. The women's bikini line service has an Extended option for wax reaching further in or for more revealing bottoms, and the kids eyebrow wax is limited by age and only tidies between and around the brows.

Hours run Tuesday through Saturday, with Tuesday from 3 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours carry a 30% fee, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final once sold.

Each eyebrow visit starts with a quick consultation, and brows are shaped to suit the face. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any tinting.
