Men can book color, including a quick color option, and half or full head highlights. Women can book root touch-ups, full-length color, color removal, highlights and balayage, with or without a blowout. Cuts and styling cover children's cuts, men's shampoo and cut styling, women's shampoo and blowouts, wet-finish cuts, flat and curling iron styling, bang trims and up-dos.

Hair treatments include a deep conditioning treatment, a stem cell treatment, a hair Botox treatment and a keratin treatment for women. Spray tanning is offered as a single session or in five- or ten-session packages, and the salon provides written before and after care instructions for its spray tans and for sauna, body contouring and other treatments. Gift cards, memberships and treatment series can be bought through the online booking platform.

Starting prices are the lowest rate for each service, and the final cost can rise depending on hair length, hair thickness and how long the service takes. Bookings can be made online or by phone. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling later, or not showing up without calling, incurs a charge of 50% of the booked services. Anyone who misses an appointment without calling must keep a credit card on file to book future appointments. The salon opens at 11 a.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays and closes at 7 p.m. On Wednesdays it stays open until 8 p.m. On Thursdays and Fridays it runs from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is closed on Sundays.
