The space is contemporary and kept to what the business describes as a medical-grade level of cleanliness. Each treatment room is disinfected in three steps after every client. Towels and table paper are replaced between clients, waxologists wear latex-free gloves, and wax sticks are used once and thrown away, with used wax never dipped back into the pot or reused.

Waxing is done with a strip-less hard wax made from a premium European wax. Every waxologist completes weeks of training on live models and uses the same speed waxing technique. Management chooses each waxologist. The business describes its waxologists as licensed and specially trained.

Before a first visit, clients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to apply numbing cream and complete a new client consent form. The cream, Numb Master, is sold for $25 and is recommended about 30 minutes before a waxing appointment; one bottle gives roughly five to six Brazilian services. Hair should be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch long, or around two to three weeks of growth. If it is too short for the wax to grip, the appointment may be rescheduled. Waxing is recommended about every four weeks.

After waxing, exfoliating is not advised for at least 24 hours, and clients are asked to avoid heavy sweating, steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools, sun and tanning beds, spray tans, heavy lotions and fragranced soaps for a short time. Tend Skin, a roll-on serum, is sold to address ingrown hairs and breakouts, and a body exfoliator made for sensitive skin is sold for use with waxing. Clients who rebook the same area within six weeks get a discounted rate, and rebooking a Brazilian in that window qualifies for the maintenance Brazilian rate. Clients who have taken Retin-A or Accutane, or who have had a chemical peel, laser treatment or micro-dermabrasion in the past month, should tell the studio before waxing.

A Brazilian removes hair from front to back, including the butt strip, though clients can keep a strip or triangle. A first bikini or Brazilian typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, and a repeat booked within four weeks usually takes 20 to 30 minutes. French style bikini waxing removes hair about an inch inward and across the top, leaving some hair in place. Men's Brazilian waxing covers the bikini area, scrotum and butt strip, and the amount of hair left can be customized.

Waxing is treated as an experience, with a hygiene routine for each client, one standard speed technique, and waxologists selected by management.
