The business is closed Sundays and Mondays. Clients are asked to text once they arrive. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. A card on file is charged 50% of the service price for no-shows and late cancellations. There is a 7-minute grace period for lateness; after that, a late cancellation fee applies and the appointment must be rescheduled. Payment is accepted by Zelle, Apple Pay and cash.
