Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations or no-shows inside that window carry a fee of 25% of the service total. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are treated as cancellations, and the same 25% fee applies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
