The menu is organized into four groups: bikini and Brazilian, body, face, and wellness. Bikini and Brazilian services cover a single strip up to combined packages, and the Full Moon Brazilian bundles a Brazilian with inner thighs, stomach, full butt and lower back. Body waxing ranges from small areas like areolas to full arms, full back and full legs. Face waxing includes single areas and a full-face option.

Brazilian, bikini, full butt and areola waxing are offered to clients 18 and older, or 16 and older with a guardian present to consent. For body waxing, clients are asked to avoid shaving, tweezing or trimming for at least three weeks beforehand, and two weeks before face waxing. Body and face services can be received during a menstrual cycle, and Brazilian services go ahead as normal when a tampon or cup can be used.

Deposits range from $5 to $50 depending on the service and apply to the booked amount, with the balance due at the visit. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge. Late cancellations, missed appointments and no-shows are charged the full booked amount after a five-minute grace period. One reschedule is allowed before an additional deposit is needed. Refunds are not given, including for memberships, and gift card sales are final.

Payment options include debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Android Pay (for a small fee), Zelle, cash and Venmo. Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay are also accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200, or a custom amount.
