The bikini menu separates first-time services from maintenance visits. New clients and anyone whose bikini or Brazilian has not been waxed by the studio book the first-time version, while clients waxed within the past 8 weeks can book a maintenance visit at a lower price. An inner thigh add-on is usually booked alongside a bikini service. Body services cover the stomach, back, arms, underarms, neck and butt, with a strip option for some areas. Facial services range from lip and cheeks to a full face wax that includes eyebrows. Eyebrow services include a consultation, trim, wax and tweeze, with an optional powder or Dip Brow Gel fill. Men's ears, eyebrows and sideburns are also offered.

Before a visit, hair should be about a quarter inch long, and clients are asked to stop shaving, trimming or using depilatory cream two to four weeks ahead. Bikini and body areas are generally recommended every four to six weeks, and underarms and facial areas every two to four weeks. Smooth results can take three to four sessions, and some regrowth may show within one to two weeks after the first few waxes. Daily aftercare with PFB Vanish on clean, dry skin is recommended, and clients are asked to avoid sweating, working out, swimming, intimacy and direct sun for 24 to 48 hours afterward.

Booking changes need at least six hours' notice, and late cancellations or changes are charged a 50% fee to the card on file. A six-minute grace period applies to waxing appointments. Clients receive at least three reminders before each appointment.

Waxing is done with hard wax only, and services are booked in advance, with pre-wax preparation and aftercare guidance given to each client.
