Brazilian and full body waxing are the studio's core. Brazilian services run from $57 for a standard Brazilian up to $72 for an underarm and Brazilian, and bikini options range from a $10 trim to a $47 full bikini. Full face waxing is $48 and takes about 30 minutes, covering eyebrows, upper lip, chin, cheeks, nose, sideburns, and jawline, and a full leg is $70 and takes about 35 minutes. Some Brazilian and bikini services, along with the Vajacial mask, are offered only to people with vulvas.

Clients receive a text with a consent form after booking, and they can note accommodation needs on it without giving a reason. Lu works on a consent basis, and clients are charged only for the work completed if they stop a service early. Clients may bring one guest, and partners are asked not to attend, especially for a Brazilian.

Booking terms are set out clearly. A 5 minute grace period applies before a client who has not arrived is marked as a no-show and charged the full service. Cancellations made 12 hours or less before the appointment are charged 50% of all services booked, and a third same-day reschedule is charged 50%. Prices shown online are what is paid at the appointment, plus a 2.5% credit card processing fee and applicable tax. Pricing is set so the business does not rely on tips.

Preparation matters for waxing. Hair should be about 1/4 inch long, and clients are asked to grow it out at least two weeks before a first wax. Waxing is not done on active sunburn, active herpes or cold sore breakouts, or open skin lesions. Clients may be waxed during a period with a tampon or menstrual cup in place, and during pregnancy after checking with a doctor.

Lu works on a consent basis and keeps sanitation a standard part of each visit, aiming to be a safe space for all bodies and identities.
