The salon serves clients across Long Island and was started around a focus on waxing, with facials, bikini and body treatments, and spray tans added to the menu.

The waxing uses a vegan, hypoallergenic wax that the salon describes as suited to sensitive skin and cruelty-free. Each application uses a fresh wax stick, and the wax is never double-dipped. Waxing menus cover facial areas, bikini and body zones, and full-body or arm and leg sessions, with options such as the Brazilian Bundle that combine a Brazilian wax with chosen add-ons.

Facials are customized to each client's skin type and goals on the day of the appointment. Options include an Express Facial with light extractions, a Classic Custom Facial with 15 minutes of LED light therapy, an Acne Facial with extra extraction time, and a Dermaplaning Facial. Pregnancy-safe facial options are also offered, including a Pregnancy Belly Facial.

Spray tans are blended to each client's undertone, tan depth and DHA level. Clients can rinse off in as little as 2 hours or leave the tan on for 16 hours or more. Barrier cream is applied to the hands, knees and feet, and disposable hair nets, underwear, bras and nipple covers are available for clients who want them.

Booking is available online for individual appointments, group bookings, bundles and gift cards, or by contacting the salon directly. First-visit clients receive a goodie bag with aftercare essentials and tips, and the salon runs a loyalty point system, a referral program and promotions. Arrivals more than 8 minutes late may be turned away or offered a later time, and cancellations made less than 6 hours ahead are charged 50% of booked services.
