The waxing menu begins with single areas starting at $10, including lip, chin, ears and neck. Separate men's and women's services cover the back, chest, stomach, arms and legs, and combined services reach up to $150. Brazilian waxing is done with high-quality hard wax and can clear the pubic area, the labia and the area between the buttocks, or leave a narrow strip behind on request. The Silk Smooth bikini treatment includes steam, a soothing mask, gentle extractions when appropriate, and aftercare products. The Silk Smooth Experience and the Smooth Essentials Bundle combine waxing with that treatment, or with underarm and lower leg waxing.

Brow services include waxing, staining, lamination, a six-month color boost, and touch-ups for brows the studio did earlier. Ombré Powder Brows is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo with a lighter front and a more defined tail, taking about three hours. Microshading combines microblading with machine shading, also about three hours. Both begin with a consultation, brow mapping and custom color selection, and a touch-up is recommended six to eight weeks after the first session. The studio does not offer the powder brow touch-up for brows done by another artist; those need a brow correction consultation. A free semi-permanent consultation lasting about 15 minutes is available.

Lightening treatments address darkened or uneven skin tone in the underarm, inner thigh, bikini, anal and buttock areas, each taking about 30 minutes. A consultation comes before treatment, results vary, and several sessions may be recommended.

This private, one-on-one Brazilian wax course is designed for licensed estheticians and cosmetologists who are new to body waxing, have only recently graduated, or want to sharpen their technique. Topics include a live demonstration, supervised practice, client positioning, contraindications, sanitation and infection control, consultations, pre- and post-service care, and product knowledge. Attendees leave with a professional wax kit and a certificate of completion. Sessions last roughly five hours and require a $250 deposit. They take place on Sundays and Mondays by appointment, and should be booked at least two weeks in advance by phone call or text.

Booking requires a valid card on file. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Arrivals have a 10-minute grace period. Clients who miss an appointment without contacting the studio cannot book future appointments. Emergencies are reviewed case by case if the studio is contacted as soon as possible. Buy Now, Pay Later options through Afterpay or Affirm are available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to provider approval. Permanent makeup services require a $100 non-refundable booking fee that is applied toward the total.

Each visit begins with questions about the client's goals, and every step is explained before it happens. Services are tailored to the individual.
