Waxing covers the body and face for women and men. Each body area gets the wax type that suits it. Brazilian waxing follows a three-step method that combines hard, soft and sugar wax and usually takes about 30 minutes. Clients are asked to let hair grow at least three weeks, not to trim it beforehand, and to exfoliate first. Results are said to last about three weeks, and the business recommends returning every four to six weeks. Clients who have a sunburn are not waxed.

Skincare starts with a skin assessment, and facials are customized to skin type and condition. Consultations are offered at no cost to help choose the right treatment. Chemical peels come in light, medium and deep strengths, and first-time clients do not receive the strongest ones; peel strength is built up over time. Acne care begins with an evaluation and may combine manual extraction, chemical peels and topical products, with home skincare products provided. Acne and blackhead visits usually happen about once a month or every two weeks. Clients are asked to remove as much makeup as possible before a facial and to avoid wearing makeup right after treatment. Facial waxing, including brows, is not done within four to five days before or after a facial.

Men can book peels and facials, including men's facials for blackheads and a men's back facial. Back facials include skin analysis, cleansing, steam, extraction, exfoliation, masks and high-frequency treatment, and the business says they are handled by licensed estheticians. Clients under 18 need a parent to sign a consent form.

Facials are customized after a skin assessment of type and condition, and corrective goals such as pigmentation or blackheads are usually addressed through a series of treatments.
