Visits are by appointment only, booked online. The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday, with shorter hours on Thursday and Saturday. Clients who are bringing a guest need to tell the studio beforehand, and children are not permitted. A 10-minute grace period applies to services, and appointments canceled less than 48 hours ahead are charged the fee for the services booked.

The facial menu includes cosmetic microneedling, with a facial that pairs it with a treatment and a package at a higher price, along with a scar-focused microneedling package. There are also customized peels, a peel-to-facial add-on that new clients can book, an express facial and a full customized facial. Clients should avoid retinols for a month before a face treatment or facial waxing.

The waxing menu is broad. It covers Brazilian waxes for first-time, new and return clients, as well as maintenance Brazilian and Brazilian for clients who have gone more than five months since their last wax. Full and half leg waxes, bikini options including French and full, arm waxing in full or half, underarm waxing, and brow, lip and chin waxing are all offered. Other services include brow tint with wax, glute, inner thigh and booty strip waxing, sideburns, men's back waxing, and women's back or full stomach waxing. Brazilian services are for female anatomy only. Clients may be waxed during their menstrual cycle and while pregnant.

The studio sells skincare through a Glymedplus shop linked from its website. Shop purchases are not refundable once made.
