New clients need to sign a consent form and pay a 50% deposit before their appointment time. Payment is by credit card or cash, and cash has to be the exact amount because the studio cannot guarantee change.

Waxing is grouped by area. Bikini and butt waxing is booked in blocks of 40 minutes or more and needs at least 2 to 3 weeks of hair growth. Face waxing is booked in blocks of 5 minutes or more and is not offered to clients taking medication that can interfere with waxing; the full-face service leaves out the neck and ears. Underarm waxing is booked in blocks of 15 minutes or more and needs 2 to 4 weeks of growth. Leg waxing is booked in blocks of 15 minutes or more, needs 2 to 3 weeks of growth, and covers the upper leg from the knee up or the lower leg from the knee down. Men's waxing is booked in blocks of 45 minutes or more.

Lash Lift & Tint is booked in blocks of 15 minutes or more. Clients must sign a consent form before an appointment is accepted and should be comfortable with before-and-after photos being taken.

The studio also sells Amika and Ouai mini sets and Grande lash and brow and favorites products.
