Booking is online, and a valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment online. Same-day requests are handled by texting the studio, and appointment requests should not be sent by email. Hair should be around 3/4 inch long for waxing. Clients who are on certain prescription medications are advised to check with their dermatologist before a wax. Clients running behind are asked to let the studio know as early as possible.

The owner aims to make every client feel welcome and at ease, and appointments are not rushed. The owner says clients often describe the studio as feeling like time spent with a friend. Cancelling with more than 3 hours notice carries no penalty, while three cancellations made with 3 hours notice or less lead to a 50% nonrefundable deposit for future bookings.
