Bookings are made online through a GlossGenius booking page. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, and clients must be approved before their appointment.

The studio is open Monday and Wednesday from 3:30 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. It is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Brazilian, Bikini Full and Bikini Line services are offered only to clients with female anatomy.
