Each hair removal service is tailored to the client. The aim is the least painful, smoothest result possible, and the studio says its customized waxing helps prevent ingrown hairs.
Waxed is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. The business was opened by Amy Franklin at age 24. Beyond appointments, the online shop sells skin and lash care products along with accessories, cards, cups, stickers and bags. The studio also hosts quarterly classes for estheticians who want to focus on waxing, and it has a published cancellation policy and a separate policy on children.
Waxed tailors each hair removal service to the individual client, aiming for comfort and a smooth result, and the studio says this approach helps prevent ingrown hairs.
