The menu is organized by body area. Small touch-ups such as lip, ears, toes and nostrils sit alongside larger services like full arms, full legs, back and chest waxing. Intimate services include bikini line waxing and Brazilian waxing, which covers the front of the female anatomy including the butt strip; male Brazilians are not offered. Several bundles combine areas into one visit, including a Brazilian with a stomach strip, a Brazilian with a full leg, and the Pool Side Package, which adds inner thigh and tummy strip to a Brazilian.

Appointment lengths range from about 10 minutes for a single small area to 90 minutes for the Fully Snatched package, which covers Brazilian, full leg and underarms. Clients can add Bush Balm Hydromask to any waxing service for an additional per-area charge starting at $17. The jelly mask needs about 15 minutes to set.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Clients may cancel or reschedule without a fee up to 24 hours before an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 30% of the amount due for the reserved services, billed to the card on file. Arrivals more than seven minutes late are treated as no-shows, which may carry a cancellation fee at the studio's discretion.
