About

Macey worked in a corporate setting before going independent and has been in the waxing industry for seven years. The studio is inside a business building. Clients enter on the left side of the doors with the eduCATE-WI logo and follow the hallway to the back, where the treatment rooms are. A restroom is across the hallway in a kitchen-type room.

Clients can book a 15-minute consultation to talk through waxing or pick up product, priced at a varying rate. Clients can also message the owner to ask for a day or time not shown online. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; otherwise a 50% charge applies, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full. An appointment counts as a no-show after 10 minutes unless the client has contacted the owner and agreed a resolution.

Open Monday from 1 PM to 7 PM, Thursday from 4:30 PM to 8 PM and Friday from 1 PM to 6 PM. The studio is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount. Gift card sales are final.
