Before a visit, clients are asked to exfoliate 24 to 48 hours ahead, arrive with clean, dry skin, and skip lotions and oils that day. Hair should have grown out enough to grip, usually one to three weeks depending on the area. Clients using Retin-A, Accutane, antibiotics, or exfoliating products on the area should tell Ashley before the appointment. The website notes that most clients find waxing gets easier after the first visit.

Appointments require a valid card to reserve. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may carry a $25 fee, no-shows may be charged the full service total, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling depending on availability. Brazilian and bikini waxing are for clients 18 and older, while select non-intimate services are open to younger clients with a parent or legal guardian's consent.

Spray tanning is offered in Light, Medium, and Dark shades, plus a Rapid option. Clients should wax before tanning and book the tan at least 24 hours after waxing.
