Services are grouped into body waxing, facial waxing, wax packages and wax training. Facial options cover the upper lip, chin, eyebrows, ears, cheeks, hairline, lower lip, sideburns, nose and full face, with most single areas taking about 15 minutes and a full face about 30. Body options range from small areas such as hands, toes, knees, nipples and underarms to larger ones such as full legs, which takes about an hour and does not include the bikini line, and full back, full chest and full stomach. Intimate services include Brazilian and bikini waxes for both vagina and penis, each around 30 minutes, with the exact coverage described for each option. Packages of six or twelve sessions for eyebrows, underarms and Brazilian waxing are priced 20% or 25% below the regular rate.

Booking requires a 50% deposit unless a package or gift certificate is on file, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or the deposit is forfeited. Same-day requests must be confirmed within 30 minutes, and appointment requests are not booked until confirmed. No-shows without a call are charged the full service price. Free consultations are offered, and the studio accepts cash, Cash App, Venmo, tap to pay, and debit and credit cards, with an electronic payment option in place of a card deposit.

The studio has parking on the premises, free wifi, complimentary drinks, bike parking and wheelchair access. It is open Monday 8 AM to 7 PM, Thursday noon to 7 PM, and Friday and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday and Tuesday.

Wax Xing focuses on a relaxed visit and on helping clients understand how to look after their skin, using hard wax.
