The menu covers facials, vajacials and booty facials, intimate lightening, Brazilian waxing and full body waxing, as well as lash extensions and lash clusters. For Brazilian waxing, the studio prepares the area with grapeseed oil and can shape the result to the client's preference, from full removal to leaving some hair in place. Lena recommends a Brazilian wax every 4 to 6 weeks, with 6 weeks suggested for the longest-lasting results, and asks for about 2 to 4 weeks of growth before a first appointment. After a Brazilian wax, clients are advised to avoid sex, swimming, working out, saunas, hot tubs and tight clothing for the first 24 to 48 hours.

Wax With Lena Academy is the online side of the business, with DIY waxing tutorials and skincare guidance. Virtual programs include the Ingrown Hair Recovery Plan for recurring ingrown hairs, irritation and the look of dark spots in intimate areas, the Dark Spot Recovery Program for uneven tone and discoloration, particularly on the underarms, and the Bikini Line Reset, a personalized virtual appointment. A virtual skincare consultation is $25 for 30 minutes. Recommended products are bought separately, and clients who make a qualifying product purchase get 30 days of text support after a consultation.

Booking is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Free parking is available in the lot. Payment is taken by Venmo, Zelle or cash. Clients under 18 are not accepted, and the studio is not wheelchair accessible. There is no fee for cancellations or no-shows, but rescheduling an appointment carries a $20 fee.
