The studio was founded by owner and wax specialist Eleza Valentyne to be a cozy, professional space where clients feel cared for. It sits on the second floor in Kentlands, near Whole Foods, with free parking in the lot and complimentary drinks and snacks waiting during visits.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. The studio describes itself as kid friendly and as a safe, judgment-free space for the LGBTQIA+ community, and it aims to make waxing comfortable for first-timers who feel nervous. It is not wheelchair accessible. The studio says its Vajacial treatments are an exclusive offering that cannot be found just anywhere.

Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours ahead, and a credit card must be linked to the account; unconfirmed bookings are canceled. Arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, and arriving later counts as a no-show. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service price before the next booking can be made.

Payment is accepted by Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle and cash, and Affirm for qualifying orders. Full body waxing can be financed through Affirm from $41 per month, subject to qualification.
