Wax Therapy LLC is a waxing business in Raleigh, listed under Salons By JC. It is located in Suite 43 at 6140 Falls of Neuse Road. Clients book through the business's Glossgenius page, which also lists accepted payment methods and offers Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
The menu is organized by area: bikini and Brazilian, body, face, legs, and vajacial services, plus a set of packages. Bikini and Brazilian waxes can be combined with a vajacial mask or a full vajacial, which includes a mask, steam and high frequency treatment and takes about 45 to 60 minutes depending on the option. Smaller areas such as the eyebrows, lip and chin are also available, and the eyebrow service includes waxing, trimming, tweezing and shaping.
Packages let clients pay for a set number of visits and receive one or two sessions free, with savings ranging from $25 on underarm packages to $130 on the largest Brazilian package. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books as usual on the services page.
Clients are asked to let the hair grow to about the length of a grain of rice before a wax, avoid shaving in between, wear loose clothing on the day, and skip caffeine beforehand. Exfoliating two to three times a week is suggested from two days after waxing. After a bikini-area wax, clients are asked to avoid sex, swimming and heavy sweating for 24 hours. A non-refundable 50% deposit goes toward the service, and a 50% fee applies to no-shows and same-day cancellations, though a same-day cancellation can be moved to another day or time in the same week without a fee. Clients with irregular cycles are asked to book the day of or text to be added to the schedule. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian and show ID.
Focuses on a relaxed experience, with clear preparation guidance and aftercare instructions so clients know what to do before and after a wax.
Aims for a relaxed setting where clients can lie back and get waxed.
