The owner's stated goal is to give each client a treatment experience they look forward to, rather than squeezing in as many appointments as possible in a day. Brazilian waxing is the signature service, covering the front and back of the bikini area. Men's Brazilian waxing is also offered, including a separate first visit appointment. New clients booking a men's Brazilian are asked to pay a $25 deposit.

Body waxing covers the chest, stomach, back, underarms, shoulders, inner thighs, nipples and legs, with both strip and full options on some areas. Face services include brows, upper lip, chin, cheeks, nose, sideburns, ears, neck, hairline and a full face wax. Brow services include a brow wax, shaped with waxing and then tweezing, as well as eyebrow tinting.

The studio uses high-quality wax and techniques it says are designed to limit discomfort and protect sensitive skin. Bundles combine several areas at a lower price than booking them separately; the Brazilian, brow and upper lip bundle is described as saving $10 compared with booking each separately.

Guests are asked to arrive clean, showered for intimate services and without makeup for facial services, and to reschedule if they are unwell. First-time guests should arrive five minutes early to complete consultation forms. Guests must disclose topical prescriptions such as retinoids, tretinoin or antibiotics, since waxing may not be safe with some medications. Aftercare guidance covers avoiding hot tubs, saunas, pools, gyms, hot showers and intercourse for 24 hours, and wearing loose clothing. Children and pets, other than certified service animals, are not permitted in the studio, and guests must be 18 or older to book.

Bookings can be made, changed or cancelled through the booking app, by text or by email. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and a valid card must be on file to book, though no deposit is taken in advance. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
