Every service is done in hard wax. The business says hard wax grabs the hair rather than the skin, which is why it does not use soft wax. Waxing is performed by licensed estheticians in a private room or suite. Clients choose their esthetician when booking and can book their next visit before leaving to keep the same specialist. A Brazilian takes about 15 minutes.

Appointments are required and there are no walk-ins. Online booking can show same-day openings when a time is still free. There is no membership and no introductory first-visit price; the first Brazilian costs the same $38 as any other. A card is kept on file at booking without being charged. Clients receive a reminder two days ahead. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance has no charge, while a cancellation or no-show inside 24 hours is charged the full service price. Same-day time changes are not charged, and moving to another day counts as a cancellation.

Full body packages are offered for her and for him. Clients who are pregnant can be waxed at any stage, with a note added at booking, and clients on their period can be waxed with a tampon or cup advised.
