Clients book through an online Glossgenius page. After an appointment is approved, the studio texts the client the exact location and any further instructions, so the address is shared only once the booking is confirmed.
Brow work is one of the studio's focuses. A brow visit begins with a short consultation, then mapping, trimming and shaping with wax. For clients who are using certain medications or acne treatments, a tweeze-only option is available. Brow lamination adds a chemical treatment that relaxes brow hairs so they are easier to style, and it takes about 90 minutes.
Body services range from quick areas such as the inner thighs and underarms to longer appointments like full leg and Brazilian waxing. Brazilian waxing asks that hair be about a quarter to half an inch long. Clients are also asked to avoid strong actives or medications on the area before bikini full or Brazilian waxing, and brow lamination and waxing are not recommended for clients using Accutane, retinols, tretinoin, prescription acne medications or active exfoliants such as glycolic, salicylic or lactic acids.
Arrival policies are set out clearly. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; anyone arriving later may not receive all booked services, and the appointment may be cancelled without a refund. A 100% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
Each service is listed with its price and duration, and the menu is grouped so clients can see what each visit involves before booking.
