Wax & Skin Co. was started to offer a more personal, unhurried skincare visit. Lina J. runs the business as a licensed esthetician, and the menu centers on facials and waxing.

Every facial is customized to the client, and the business does not require add-ons or upgrades. Facials range from a 45-minute teen treatment for clients under 18 to a 90-minute deluxe facial that can add LED, hydraderm or radio frequency. Red light therapy is also offered.

Waxing is priced by area and time, from brow and lip work to full arm, full leg and full back. Bundles include a Full Face Bundle for removing all facial hair and a yearly Brazilian wax prepay, along with an Event Package.

Clients are asked to arrive on time; an appointment is forfeited if they arrive more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Each facial is built around the individual client, in an unhurried setting.
