Visits can be walk-in on weekdays or booked in advance. Walk-in hours run Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 7pm. Appointments are available during those hours and on Saturday from 11am to 4pm and Sunday from 11am to 2pm, and weekend visits require booking.

Waxing is done with a wax described as formulated for sensitive skin, and each waxing treatment includes pre- and post-wax aftercare using the Fur product line, which the salon says helps with ingrown hairs. Clients are asked to arrive with hair around a quarter inch long for a first wax, to exfoliate and moisturize beforehand, and to expect some tenderness for a day or two afterward.

Spray tanning includes a glazed sunless tan and standard spray tans with optional rapid or custom rapid add-ons. Rapid is a faster-developing version of the standard solution, and custom rapid is a custom color blend. First-time spray tan clients receive specific prep instructions, including showering and exfoliating the night before and skipping lotions, perfume, makeup and deodorant afterward.

Memberships are available for waxing, brows, lash lifts and spray tans, and offer 20% savings. Packages can be bought for any service, and there is a series where five purchased services earn a sixth free. New clients receive 20% off their first service, and students, teachers and military members receive 10% off. Gift cards can be bought online.

Booking policies ask for at least six hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled, moved or missed within that window may be charged half the service price, and a card must be kept on file. Clients more than five minutes late may need to shorten their service or rebook.

The salon focuses on a sun-kissed beach look and says its goal is a glowing, polished result. It also states that its wax is made for sensitive skin.
