The spa says it aims to lessen its impact on the earth through its business practices and by following environmental laws. Clients can choose between waxing and sugaring depending on the area and what suits their skin.

Bookings can be made for yourself, as group appointments for friends and family, or as gift cards, all through the online booking platform or by phone. Changes are free up to 24 hours ahead; later changes or cancellations carry a charge of half the full price of the scheduled services plus taxes and fees, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full amount. Email is not accepted for changes.

Hair should be at least a quarter inch long before a service, and clients do not need to trim it beforehand. Services can be done during pregnancy, and a wedge is provided for clients who cannot lie flat on their back. Bikini services can also be done during a menstrual cycle when an internal hygiene product is used.

Afterward, the spa advises avoiding water submersion, sweating and workouts for 24 hours, exfoliating every two to three days once the skin is no longer tender, moisturizing daily, and staying out of the sun for 72 hours while wearing SPF. Street parking is available on Carstens Place and Airport Way, with public lots nearby.

Sugaring is applied by hand as a paste with no sticks or strips and removed in the direction of hair growth; the spa suggests it for clients who are diabetic or have very sensitive skin. Waxing uses melted natural resin applied with a stick and removed with a strip.
