Visits take place in a modern, private salon suite, which suits clients who prefer a quiet space to a busy salon floor. Wax Queens aims to offer a comfortable, unhurried waxing experience for women, and says its waxing is smoother than what many typical salons provide.
Waxing products are chosen for sensitive skin. The studio asks clients to gently exfoliate about 24 hours before an appointment, to let hair grow to at least a quarter inch, and to avoid shaving between visits. Clients are typically advised to book a wax every four to six weeks, and post-wax care with salicylic acid or tea tree oil products is recommended.
