Booking is done through the online booking system on the website. Some services ask for a deposit between $10 and $30 at the time of booking. Cancellations, reschedules and no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service price. Payment is accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

The Vagacial, priced from $75, is a facial-style session for the vulva and bikini area that takes about 40 minutes. It moves through double cleansing, steam exfoliation, extraction of ingrown hairs or clogged pores, a high-frequency wand and a finishing mask. Clients who want both a Brazilian and a Vagacial can book the bundle for $130, which takes about 65 minutes. Multi-visit packages and monthly memberships are also offered, and their credits or benefits are applied automatically at checkout when booking as usual on the Services page.

The studio is education-first, aiming to help clients and other professionals with skincare routines, consistency and self-care.
