When you arrive, you text your provider so staff can buzz you into the building. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 11 am to 6 pm, Wednesday from noon to 7:30 pm, Friday from 11 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm; it is closed Mondays and Saturdays. Waxing is the core of the menu, from short Brazilian services and a first-time or returning full Brazilian to leg, arm, face and back waxes. The premium Brazilian adds High Frequency and a customized mask to the wax. Men's services cover underarms, ears and nose, chest, back, bum and legs, plus a first-time or returning Manzilian. The studio uses premium organic hard and soft waxes imported from Australia, and says its waxes are hypoallergenic and gentle enough for sensitive skin.

Facials extend past the face, with a butt facial, a Kitty Peel, partial and full back facials, and a longer signature facial that includes SPF. Energy healing is offered alongside the skin services, and an Oracle card reading is available. For estheticians who have finished school, an online one-on-one mentorship covers starting a business, products, marketing and work-life balance. The studio also sells hand-poured soy candles, handmade loofah soaps and an ingrown hair product made with aloe vera and witch hazel.
