The waxing menu covers the face (brows, lip, chin, ear, nose and a full-face option), arms, underarms, stomach, chest, back, toes, and bikini and Brazilian areas. Prices run from $12 for small areas such as lip, chin and toes to $65 for back waxing. Ear waxing uses warm wax to remove fine hair from the outer ear and ear canal entrance.

The Mini-Basic Facial takes 40 minutes and costs $40. It starts with a consultation, then a noninvasive treatment that includes cleansing, steam, exfoliation, toning, a face mask, massage and moisturizer.

Underarm and Brazilian waxing are also offered as six-month packages listed at a 50% discount. The underarm package is listed at $60 and described as valued at $120, with sessions every 3 to 4 weeks. The Brazilian package is listed at $180 and described as valued at $360, with sessions 4 to 5 weeks apart.

Before a waxing appointment, clients are asked to stop certain acne and retinoid medications, including Retin A, Tretinoin and Differin, for at least 3 months, and Accutane (isotretinoin) for at least one year. Exfoliants and similar products should be stopped in the waxed area 3 days before and 3 to 4 days after. Clients should wait at least 7 days after a light chemical peel or microdermabrasion. Waxing is not offered within one year of laser skin resurfacing or within two years of a physician-administered peel, and it is not done on sunburned, irritated, inflamed or cut skin. Clients with certain medical conditions need a doctor's approval, brought 24 hours before the visit. Waxing is not recommended for clients with autoimmune disorders, those in cancer treatment, or those who used a tanning bed within the last 24 hours. Alcohol is best avoided the day of or the night before, and large amounts of caffeine should be limited.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made with less notice are charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service cost, with exceptions made case by case for unavoidable events.

Services are booked by appointment, with prep guidance given for skin-related medications and recent treatments before waxing.
