Services fall into three groups: Brazilian waxes, which range from a bikini line or bikini full service to a full Brazilian or extended Brazilian; full body waxes covering arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, buttocks and underarms; and wax packages. Appointments run from about ten minutes for underarms or nipples up to an hour and a half for the Vacation Package, which combines a full leg, Brazilian and underarm wax. A custom soothing mask can be added to any intimate wax to help skin feel hydrated after treatment.
Before a visit, hair should have at least three weeks of growth, or four weeks for clients who have been shaving. Exfoliating at least two days ahead and wearing loose clothing is recommended. A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Changes or cancellations need at least three hours' notice through the confirmation link. No-shows result in suspension of services.
Hygiene is a stated priority: the room is sanitized between guests, tools and surfaces are hospital-grade sanitized, disposable gloves are worn, and wax is never double-dipped. First-time guests receive a home-care card and aftercare instructions, and home-care products are sold in the studio. Waxing is available during menstruation with a tampon, and during pregnancy until the due date unless a doctor advises otherwise. After childbirth, clients need a doctor's clearance at the six-week check. Clients with a fever, cough, cold or other symptoms are asked to reschedule.
The studio aims for a private, unhurried experience that slows down and is intentional, open to people of all backgrounds.
