The menu is grouped into brows, lashes and waxing. Brow services include shaping with tweezing and trimming, plus brow tinting with a vegetable-based color. Lash services include a lash tint, a lash lift (also called a lash perm, which curls natural lashes), and a combined lash lift and tint. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, with Brazilian waxes offered for female anatomy and for male anatomy in basic, modified and full versions.

Pricing for below-the-belt services differs by anatomy, because male-anatomy services cover more of the body and the time and amount of hair involved vary.

Before a waxing appointment, clients are asked to leave hair about a quarter inch long, roughly the length of a grain of rice, and to stop shaving about three to four weeks ahead, with two weeks as the minimum. Waxing is recommended every four to six weeks. For the day or two after a wax, the studio advises avoiding sun, soaking, saunas, hot tubs, heavy sweating, exfoliating and heavy moisturizers. Waxing can be done during a period when a tampon, menu cup or similar product is in use.

The studio aims for a relaxed, judgment-free visit where clients can talk about anything they like or simply be listened to, and it prices services by anatomy because time and hair amount differ.
