Brow services include shaping, tinting with a temporary dye that can last up to two weeks, henna that lasts up to three weeks and stains the skin, and EnvyBrow Lamination, a semipermanent treatment that combines shaping and tinting and lasts six to eight weeks. Shaping is included with tinting and henna, and booking it separately adds a charge. Clients should let their brows grow for at least four weeks before a first visit, and brow services are not booked by clients with sensitive skin or anyone who has used acne medication in the last seven days.
For waxing, hair should be at least a quarter inch long, roughly fifteen days of growth. Clients are asked to avoid lotions, oils and deodorant before the appointment. Brazilian and underarm services are priced separately for new clients and for maintenance clients who were waxed by the salon within the last five weeks. Groupon Wax is a first-time-only service, and returning clients pay the difference.
A deposit of $10 is required for most waxes, facials and brow services. Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment results in a fee of half the service price, charged to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The about page lists twelve accepted payment methods. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, and Sunday closed.
